1st day: Athens 

Arrival at Athens Int. airport were the group meets its guide. Transfer to the hotel.

2nd day: Athens - Kala Nera

Visit the site of Acropolis and the Archeological museum of Athens. After lunch in Athens our mini bus will take us to Pelion to the village of Kala Nera this is appx. 4,5 hrs driving. We will arrive at Kala Nera, check in at the hotel, and later in the afternoon we will have dinner in a small village taverna.

3rd day: Kala Nera - Ano Lehonia - Agios Georgios

Transfer from Kala Nera to the village of Ano Lehonia through a really beautiful landscape. We start from the altitude of 150m and finish at 750 m. The path is a very old and beautiful unravelling through pine trees and wonderfull landscape. Hiking time 3-4 hrs. At the village of Agios Georgios we will have lunch and in the afternoon back to Kala Nera spend the night.

4th day: Kala Nera - Tsagarada - Kala Nera 

Starting from Kala Nera heading towards one of the most beautiful villages of Greece, Tsagarada. Our starting point is at 0m altitude, to 725m where Tsagarada is located. We will have lunch there and after that we will walk downhill to 400m of altitude and then down to Kala Nera to our hotel.
Hiking time 5-6 hrs.

5th day: Kala Nera - Hánia - Agios Georgios

Transfer from Kala Nera to Hánia, a historical village of Pelion which is located at a 1400m altitude. From Hánia through a beautiful path we will walk to Agios Georgios at 1.525 m and from there to downhill to 800.m This is an appx. 4-5 hrs walk through villages and forests.

6th day: Litohoro - Agios Dionosios - Litohoro - Kala Nera 

Transfer to the village of Litohoro (a 2hour mini bus ride ) and through the famous monastery of Agios Dionisios we will start the ascenting on the nice path that leads to Litohoro, the village at the foot hill of mt Olympus, the highest mt in Greece. From 800m we will walk down to 350 in about 3-4 hrs and from there we will drive back to Pelion to Kala Nera.

7th day: Kala Nera - Athens 

Drive from Pelion to Athens where we spend the night. (4,5 hrs)

Transfer to Athens Int. airport

Insurance: Limited insurance is held by the operator. The client acknowledges and accepts that there may be no policy covering the Company’s liability to its clients for death, injury, damage or loss occurring anywhere in the world. The client also specifically acknowledges that with respect to passenger accident liability cover this cover may be very limited or may not exist at all. The client acknowledges that the company has taken reasonable steps in safeguarding its liability. Although the Company does hold various insurances this booking condition states that the client must assume he/she is not covered by any Company insurance policy, including all liability insurance, for death, injury, damage or any other loss.

Period:  On Request Basis from April to October.

Transportation: We travel by our own mini-bus, which leaves us to walk and continues, with our baggage, to the next place where we will stay for the night.

​

Accommodation: Hotels in the cities, village pensions throughout the trip (all with private facilities).
The trip prices are based on double occupancy.

​

Food: Every morning we have breakfast in the hotels, picnic lunch en route and a dinner at local tavern. (Vegetarians are welcome on the trips)

Price per person: 1.200,00€

Group Size: minimum 4 participants.

The hikes offer a moderate trek with a maximum of 5-6 hours walk on rocky terrain. Participants should be in good physical condition with a little of experience.
